We have 2 patios, our internal courtyard or our entire restaurant available for private gatherings offering flexibility for both intimate gatherings and larger receptions.

• Internal Courtyard: The Internal Courtyard is a shared space located in between Good Neighbor & Philz Coffee Shop. Capacity: 36 seated / 75 mixer. Before 6PM the courtyard is not a private space, we section off a portion of the patio nearest to Good Neighbor, while the remainder of the space is open to the general public. After 6pm the entire courtyard is private to your group.

• 17th Street Patio: The 17th Street Patio is an open air patio located in front of Side Hustle. Capacity: 36 seated / 50 mixer.

• R Street Patio: The R Street Patio is located directly in front of Good Neighbor. You can reserve a portion of the patio or the entire area. Capacity: Portion - 18 seated, Full Patio - 60 seated / 100 mixer

• Restaurant Buyout: Your group would have access to the entire restaurant, including the above patio spaces. Capacity: 54 seated / 75 mixer internally, 240 mixer including patios
